I’m struggling with the timing on dash chaining. The game is quite obtuse with its explanations and story, though, so that’s to be expected. In fact, there are some doors that only open if you collect enough pieces - I’ve found a couple that won’t open with fewer than 5, but there’s seemingly no indication how many are needed. Damned if I can find more than 5 in each area, but yes you should be able to get enough without any special abilities. There seem to be more than 4 corner pieces on the map - once you fill in 4 to make a diamond, the 5th onward will then start to fill in the box. In any case, if all else fails you can also quit a game right after having seen the intro. It's located different places on the keyboard depending on language. Maybe it has something to do with the character '/'. No I think the map is meant to be more abstract than that, I don’t believe you’re supposed to be able to chart your way through it accurately. Typing out /skip when the intro is running should be working. I've now got the sword upgrade and double dash and I'm on 3 corners from the West. I've got 2 from the North and 2 from the east and then I couldn't find a path to get the remaining. Should I be able to get all 4 corners from each section from the get go? Also the purple dots don't seem to relate to where I'm collecting the purple corners. I don't seem to move around in real time on the map. Start to work out what you're actually doing with these power nodes.note the pink fluid in pipes everywhere. Also the north boss gives you the most useful item you will get, so get stuck in there.Ītmosphere is perfect too, so sci fi, post apocalyptic but actually good.such a mish mash of characters and a story you piece together. The 4 rival races in each world, spot them hiding under coats all living together in the hub. The soundtrack in the south is outstanding too, on the map it looks like your standard desert world, but it isn't.and it's brilliant. You've a way to go if you're a completionist. I'll have to finish it before I decide how it fits in. Done two bosses (East and West) and I'm finding myself just wandering around, listening to the soundtrack (probably the best I've heard this year). I bought it in the Black Friday sale on the Bone and only really got time to put into it in the last couple of days.
